  • Access to the website (www.morells.co.uk) and the purchase of products (“Products”) and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services”). You are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions and notices (“Terms”), without revision by the use of the services. You acknowledge that members of the Morells Limited team may update the Terms of Service when necessary.

    You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

    You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

    A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

    The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

  • At Morells, we pride ourselves in high-quality customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest products. All our hair products are derived directly from its country of origin and are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed; however, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your products purchased, we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item. If your order is delayed, we do not offer refunds during festive periods such as Christmas, New years and Easter due to high volumes of orders. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will not be offering refunds for delayed receipt of items as all postage and shipping systems are affected worldwide. This will not be a valid reason for a refund unless your item was not delivered at all after receiving your tracking information. We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the package together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense in the event of a return; therefore, we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. In the specific case of lace wigs or lace frontals, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

    Digital products which have been viewed by the buyer or accessed will be non-refundable.

  • The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP) and does not includes VAT (This is subject to change). The price in GBP can be converted to a number of different currencies including, United State Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar and Euros. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you via email detailing the change.

  • Orders will not be processed until we receive an authorised payment by credit or debit card with a billing address that matches the credit or debit card. Orders are to be processed securely online using a valid credit or debit card. Money will be debited from your account within 2-5 working days after the confirmation email is sent out.

  • Morells make every effort to update our product availability. However, if for any reason this is not implemented, we will contact you immediately via email, giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

    We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

    We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  • Morells products are usually shipped out within 2-3 days once your confirmation email is sent out. During busy periods such as December, orders may take longer than usual due to high volumes of orders, and as a result, this will not be a valid reason for an order cancellation or a refund. All dispatched items have an online tracking facility so you can monitor your package progress from the minute we send it off to the moment it arrives at your front door.     We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

The website is owned by and licensed to Morells Limited and may not be used, copied or changed without our authorisation. This copyright includes the design of https://morells.co.uk and all photographs displayed. Morells Limited, www.morells.co.uk and our logos are trademarked and are exclusively owned by Morells and under no circumstance’s can it be in or used by anyone without permission. We do not give any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product or Brand nor the right to copy them.

We vow not to collect personal sensitive material without your consent. When placing your order, you may submit personal data to Morells.co.uk. This information will be kept confidential and secure and will only be used for the agreed purposes of processing your order and fraud prevention.

    DISCLAIMER: For purchases of digital products, we may need to share the product via an email link meaning you may sometimes receive your product as part of a large group via email. Those copied in to receive the product may see your email address.

These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English High Court, the Strand, London. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trademarks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration, the terms of which are to be agreed between www.morells.co.uk and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the English Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
