I started Morells because I saw a real gap for women and men with textured hair who were looking for more than just a style — they wanted healthy, thriving hair. Over the years, I’ve been where many of you are right now. I’ve damaged my own hair, I’ve struggled to find the right products, and I’ve felt that frustration of not knowing what’s best.

That’s why Morells exists — to take the stress out of your hair care journey. We focus on restoring, repairing, and reviving your hair with treatments designed specifically for your needs. When you come to us, we don’t just do your hair — we educate you, we listen, and we create a plan that helps you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

The Beginners Hair-Care Treatment Package – £360

Our Five-Week Commitment Package: Three Transformative Treatments!
Perfect for clients ready to put their hair’s health first with a simple, consistent plan:

  • First Consultation & Treatment – In-depth consultation, tailored treatment, and trim to set the foundation.

  • Two Follow-Up Treatments – One at two weeks, one at five weeks, giving your hair care at the right intervals.

Paying £360 upfront secures all three appointments with no hassle. After your five-week journey, your next session will be four weeks later – giving you time before the next payment.

Please Note: This package is for clients committed to completing the plan. Because we reserve appointments just for you, refunds or flexible changes aren’t available.

Consultation, Steam Treatment, Blow-Dry & Trim Combo – £155

2.5 hrs – Ideal for new or returning clients (over 12 months since last visit). Includes full analysis of your hair & scalp and a personalised treatment plan.

Maintenance Treatment – £95

2.5 hrs – Exclusive to existing clients who have completed their first 3 treatments and maintained healthy progress.

Combination Treatment – £110

2.5 hrs – For damaged, dry, or breaking hair, or if you’ve fallen behind on your program. This service jump-starts your hair back to a healthy state.

Monthly Subscription Treatment Plan – £110/month Includes:

  • 10 Steam Treatments (1 per month)

  • 2 Complimentary Trims (1 after 5 months, 1 after 10 months)

  • Initial Consultation

PLEASE NOTE: OUR WEAVES, COLORS, RELAXERS, SILK PRESSES, TRACKS, AND ANY OTHER SERVICES OUTSIDE OF YOUR HAIR CARE JOURNEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEW CLIENTS INITIALLY. THESE SERVICES WILL ONLY BE OFFERED ONCE YOUR HAIR AND SCALP ARE IN BETTER CONDITION AND APPROVED BY THE SALON. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

Terms & Conditions

1. Included Services – One steam treatment per month, plus complimentary trims after 5 and 10 payments.
2. Excluded Services – Silk presses, cuts, colours, relaxers, and technical services (charged separately).
3. Booking – Book early and specify any additional services needed.
4. Payment – Additional services must be paid on the appointment date.
5. Discounts – Subscribers receive discounts on additional services (details provided at booking).
6. Changes – Terms may be updated with prior notice.

At Morells, we pride ourselves on seamless teamwork that makes your salon experience efficient and exceptional. Our junior assistants are the backbone of daily operations, handling washes, treatments, and blow-dries so your service is smooth and timely. We ask that you treat them with the utmost respect, as they are essential to our process. Shakayla, our receptionist, will be your first point of contact. She’ll handle your calls, payments, and explain that your initial three services focus on consultation, steam treatment, blow-dry, and trim to start your healthy hair journey. She’ll help you book ongoing appointments to keep your hair thriving. Adelayo, our junior stylist, excels in many areas and has been with us for two years, continually growing and bringing warmth to her services. Ayesha, another junior stylist, will rejoin us soon and is equally dedicated. As the owner, I handle specialized services like color and advanced treatments, while the team handles consultations and foundational care. Our transformations are a collective effort. If you prefer a one-on-one stylist, a mobile stylist might suit you better, but at Morells, it’s our teamwork that ensures your hair journey’s success.
